The nearest to the epicenter of Medical City; it is located due east of the hospital and research facilities that Lake Nona is now known for.

At the heart of Laureate Park will be its Village Center, with an Aquatic Center, lakeside restaurant and cafe, and a fitness facility. Nona Crest is an established and beautiful gated community, located directly across the street from Lake Nona Golf and Country Club. The neighborhood was built by Beazer Homes. Some have three car garages and back up to either water or a conservation area, providing no rear neighbors for many of the residents. Homes in Nona Crest are approximately 1,400 to 3,800 square feet.

Village Walk in Lake Nona is a master planned community whose residents enjoy a Florida resort lifestyle.  This entire gated community is designed as a walking community where each of the villages is connected by bridges and walking-biking paths. There are actually 6 miles of lighted walking trails.  Each of these trails leads to the heart of the community, the waterfront village center.

The village center offers a bounty of amenities for its residents.  These include heated resort style swimming pool, lap pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, tot lot play area, a fully equipped fitness center, ballroom, library, restaurant, and even a gas station!  A 24 hour gate attendant provides security and a full time activities director plans events and activities for residents of all ages.

Village Walk is located on Lake Nona Blvd just north of medical city.  Perfectly situated between toll road 417 and Narcoossee road, it is convenient to the restaurants and retail areas of Lake Nona and the hospitals and schools in Medical city as well as the roads that lead to all parts of greater Orlando.  Village Walk is located approximately 10 min from the Orlando International Airport, 25 minutes from downtown Orlando and 25 minutes from Disney and the attractions areas.
